UPDATES 07.05.2014

Welcome to the first updates thread!
So a few things have changed recently. Here's a list of the more interesting stuff.

Car dealer has been added! He is located next to the BP store at the gas station.
Keys and Money are fixed, so you can now hop in yer cars!
Some graphical changes to the HUD
Anti-Propkill!
Guards, SWAT and BMD have been updated
Bugfixes including a problem with FAdmin, ULX permissions and more.
